I cannot over state just how much of a positive influence Michelle is as a leader. Not only did she teach me how to push my animation skills to the next level, she also adeptly guided me on how to succeed in the studio and industry environment. She leads with not only her head, but her heart, and it enriched my whole experience at Ubisoft.
